Parts not in the assembly sit in two rows behind the base. Detached parts are laid out in front of the base.
About accuracy. Plates, frames, mounts and pulleys are placed by matching the hole patterns of the parts; the joint-to-joint lengths come out at exactly 250 mm and 200 mm, and the computed belt lengths match the bill of materials. Part 3 is the designer's gen1 version, placed straight from his assembly file; the rest of the arm is still the prototype. Heights inside the base gearbox and the electronics covers are estimates. Motors, belts, bearings and screws are not in the file set, so they are drawn as simple generated shapes.
